Ingredients

3/4 cup beer

2/3 cup Kraft Brown Sugar BarBQ Sauce, divided

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

4 onion s, sliced

1 boneless bottom blade pot roast (2 lb./900 g)

2 tsp. cornstarch

Instructions

1. Mix beer, 1/2 cup barbecue sauce and mustard. Place onions in slow cooker; top with meat and sauce. Cover with lid.

2. Cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 5 to 6 hours). Remove meat and onions from slow cooker, reserving liquid in slow cooker. Cover meat and onions to keep warm. Whisk cornstarch and remaining barbecue sauce in small bowl until blended; whisk into liquid in slow cooker. Cook, covered, on HIGH 10 min. or until thickened.

3. Drizzle meat and onions lightly with sauce. Serve with remaining sauce.
