Ingredients

1/2 pound shrimp shelled and deveined

2 stalks Celery cut diagonally into bite size pieces

2 carrots, skinned and sliced diagonally

1/2 cup Waterchestnuts

1 medium Green pepper, cut into small squares

1/2 pound Bean sprouts

1/2 cup Bamboo shoots shredded

1 pinch Gourmet powder

1 medium Onion, shredded

3 slices Ginger

1 tablespoon Tapioca starch

1 1/2 tablespoons Light soy sauce

Instructions

1. Marinate shrimps with gourmet powder and pinch of salt

2. Use high heat and hot wok, add 2-3 tbsp of oil. When oil is hot, put in all the vegetables, 1/2 tsp of salt, cover with a lid and cook with high heat for 3 minutes. Remove to a dish when done.

3. Put 2 tbsp of oil in hot wok, then ginger, onion and shims to stir fry for 2 minutes. Add starch solution with starch, soy sauce and 1/4 cup of water. Bring to a boil, return all vegetables mix and serve hot.
